Chelsea's period houses and mansion flats call for interiors with real care for detail. Most of the area is in conservation areas, and many buildings are listed, so design has to work within heritage rules, freeholder consents and building management requirements. Our Belsize Park apartment, where we restored the Victorian features and planned a smaller home carefully, shows the approach we bring.
