Bathroom design and renovation

A bathroom needs to balance functionality, comfort and style within a limited space. We design the layout, select finishes and fittings, and manage the renovation from start to finish, creating a space that works effortlessly every day and feels like a retreat. Most renovations take around two to three weeks, depending on the design and extent of the work.

Scope

What's included

  • Layout and space planning, including merging cupboards or reclaiming space
  • Tiling, sanitaryware and brassware selection
  • Lighting, ventilation and underfloor heating
  • Waterproofing and plumbing coordination with your trades
  • En suites, family bathrooms, WCs and utility rooms
  • Fittings and finishes sourced with our trade discounts passed on to you

Design only

We design the room and hand you everything your builder needs: layout drawings, elevations, and a full schedule of tiles, fittings and finishes, with our trade discounts passed on to you. You appoint and manage your own builder.

Design and renovation

We design the room, then manage the renovation ourselves: trusted trades, regular site visits and one point of contact from first sketch to the finished room. A typical renovation takes about two to three weeks, depending on the brief and how much remodelling is involved.

FAQs

Questions we're asked

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A typical bathroom renovation takes about two to three weeks, depending on what you want and how much remodelling is involved.

Can you design a bathroom without doing the renovation?

Yes. With design only, we hand you everything your builder needs: layout drawings, elevations, and a full schedule of tiles, fittings and finishes, with our trade discounts passed on to you. You appoint and manage your own builder. With design and renovation, we manage the work ourselves — trusted trades, regular site visits and one point of contact from first sketch to the finished room.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

We don't publish prices, because a bathroom where the layout stays put and a bathroom where the plumbing, waterproofing and tiling are reworked are different jobs. We tell you which one you have after the first visit, and set out the cost before any work starts.

Do you work on small bathrooms?

Yes. Thoughtful planning makes every inch count. We explore ways to reclaim space, integrate clever storage and, where possible, increase headroom by opening up to the roof. Our service covers en suites, family bathrooms, WCs and utility rooms, combining considered design with practical solutions tailored to your home.

Can you sort out underfloor heating and ventilation?

Yes. Lighting, ventilation and underfloor heating are part of the design, and we coordinate the waterproofing and plumbing with your trades so the room is built properly behind the finishes.
