How we work
Trades we trust
Over the years we have built a wide network of contacts, and from experience we know which trades are right for each project. Some trades are in-house. You have one point of contact throughout.
Your own builder
We're happy to work with a builder you already know, and have done so before. In most cases we prefer to work with trades we have used before, because we can vouch for the quality of their work.
On site, every week
How often we visit depends on the project, but we are on site at least three times a week, checking the work against the construction drawings.

Questions we're asked
Can you work with our own builder?
Yes, and we have done so before. In most cases we prefer to work with trades we have used before, because we can vouch for the quality of their work — but if you already have a builder you trust, we're happy to work with them.
How often do you visit site during a project?
Depending on the project, we visit site at least three times a week, using our expertise to check both the accuracy of the work against the construction drawings and the quality of the workmanship, keeping you informed with regular updates throughout.
Who do we speak to while the work is going on?
One point of contact throughout: us. We liaise with the trades and suppliers on your behalf, track any design changes and adjust the budget forecast to match, and deal with the day-to-day so you don't have to chase anyone.
What happens at the end of the job?
Quality checks run from the start of works to completion. We deal with snagging and attend site meetings until the completion certificate is issued.
Do you design as well as manage the build?
Our architect prepares the planning and technical drawings, while our designer develops the interior concept, selects materials and finishes, and specifies bespoke furniture. We oversee the build, ensuring the design vision is carried through with quality and attention to detail at every stage.
