Bathroom renovation in Crystal Palace

The brief

The bathrooms in this Crystal Palace home were redesigned around a walk-in rainfall shower, with marble-effect walls and brushed brass fittings throughout.

What we did

• Designed a walk-in shower with a black-framed glass screen and a brushed brass rainfall head
• Clad the walls in large-format marble-effect panels, with a recessed shower niche
• Contrasted the marble with a band of textured, grey-brown vertical tiles
• Fitted brushed brass towel rails and a heated window bench

The result

A calm, hotel-style bathroom where the veining of the marble does the decorating and brass fittings add warmth.
