Flat refurbishment in Honor Oak Park

The brief

Our client was returning to her home country and wanted a London pied-à-terre as an investment. We found the property for her: a flat within a grand five-storey, double-fronted Victorian house that needed its layout improved and a full refurbishment to her taste. She wanted a warm flat with contemporary lines.

What we did

• Carried out extensive structural work to open the flat up for modern open-plan living
• Designed a navy handleless kitchen with a white peninsula, open timber shelves and copper pendants
• Prepared kitchen plans and elevations to fix the layout before work began
• Created moodboards for the bedroom and bathroom in navy, grey and mustard
• Designed a bathroom with walk-in shower, floating vanity and geometric floor tiles
• Managed the refurbishment from start to finish

The result

At the end of the project the client was delighted with the new valuation, and even happier with her home.
